Todd Rundgren - Izzat Love?
As prolific as he was zany, Todd Rundgren could churn out songs like Izzat Love in his sleep, all in his own instantly recognizable 70’s style. This track is a great rolodex of a lot of Rundgren’s calling cards. Never one to leave well enough alone, the producer extraordinaire subtly plays with the track’s tempo like it was taffy, tweaking his FM-friendly, piano-driven pop until abruptly ending on an jarring transition into the next something/anything.
