When Rivers Cuomo tapped hip-hopper Jermaine Dupri for the lyrics to his recently released home recording Can’t Stop Partying, I am sure he had no idea that Blue Album-era Weezer was about to become sample fodder for Huntsville, AL upstarts Paper Route Gangstaz. And the amazing thing is, this track actually bests the source material of Say It Ain’t So. JUST KIDDING!! Yeah right, PRG wish! But this beat is kinda hot and worth hearing for shits and giggles and shows Kanye isn’t the only rapper who can do emo if he wants to.
